All purchases made in the EVE Galaxy Conquest store are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the EVE Galaxy Conquest EULA or in the terms of the applicable device/platform on which you access EVE Galaxy Conquest. Please note that refund rights may vary depending on the laws applicable in the player’s country or region of residence.
Refunds or other compensation will not be provided for:
- Game balance adjustments
- Virtual currency spent on in-game Caches and items
- Unused virtual currency upon account closure
Refunds may be processed as a rare exception for game errors such as:
- Duplicate / Double charges
If a purchase in the in-game store has failed to deliver to your account, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
For purchases made via iOS devices, any refund request must be directed to Apple Support
For purchases made in the Google Play Store on Android devices, a refund request can be filed with Google Support, or you can file a request with our support team.
